For financing, we can hold a construction loan or you can get your own through the bank of your choice. We submit for 3-4 draws per build to pay all invoices and subcontractors. The excavation and foundation are the 1st steps, and we're off! After the foundation is poured, the house becomes a house with the framing start. Then comes utility rough-ins, drywall, exteriors, insulation, and all of the gorgeous finishes you selected.
As we near the end of the process, closing paperwork is submitted on our end, and we agree on your final price, should you have added anything. You will walk the home with our project manager and create your punchlist of items you are not 100% thrilled with. We send the trades back in to complete and then we are ready to have that house cleaned to perfection. Then, you sign papers with the title company and your home is ALL YOURS! The process may seem overwhelming at times or stressful, but we like to add the fun and ease your mind on many concerns.
